Delala sem kot u\u010diteljica v Ukrajini in vodila skupini od 40 do 100 ljudi. Nekaj \u010dasa sem tudi u\u010dila v Izraelu. V vrtcu sem vodila otro\u0161ko jogo. Vadila sem tudi skupine otrok in starej\u0161e ljudi. Pri starej\u0161ih uporabljam vaje, ki so primerne za njihovo zdravstveno stanje, ter prilagojene njihovim potrebam, kot joga terapija oziroma joga za zglobe, prebavo, hrbtenico, dihalna joga in tudi joga za vid. Izku\u0161nje z vadbo joge preko spleta sem pridobila v Sloveniji. Razen joge sem vodila tudi skupine za plesno terapijo. V Sloveniji sem \u017ee sedem let in govorim slovensko in rusko.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Joga online ima ve\u010d prednosti. Vadba je individualna 1 -na- 1. Nekateri do\u017eivljajo jogo kot navadno raztezanje telesa. Nekaterim, pa joga pomeni tudi pomiritev uma.
